CCNA, as part of the recruitment process would provide training opportunities and/or sign post you to our partners for further mandatory training. Each healthcare staff member is required to attend regular and ongoing training sessions to ensure they are completely up to date and further supported.
CCNA strive to seek and act on feedback from our clients who we provide effective service delivery. CCNA will continually evaluate the service qualitatively and quantitatively by physical face to face attendance or through other communication and drive improvement.
